Each qualification requires the candidate to complete a number of modules which are specific to the your role and level you have now or are training to become. Which ever you decide to do the advantage of the qualification is that its a generic National Vocational Qualification (e.g. you will receive a certificate that's is "Chartered Management Institute Level 3 NVQ in Management").
