Personal Coaching
Course Aim:
To develop the leadership skills that enable greater management effectiveness and
deliver improved performance
Session 1 (Half Day):

Introduction to high performance leadership behaviours
Personal Audit & Performance Diagnostic – identify candidate’s key strengths and
priority development needs, matching them against business priorities

  • Development of a personal action plan

Session 2 (Half Day):

  • Introduction to effective communication skills
  • Introduction to effective time management
  • Introduction to practical coaching and mentoring – understand the role of coaching and mentoring in personal development and its practical application to promote performance breakthroughs within a team

Business Planning Coaching
Course Aim:
To develop business planning skills through the practical application of best practice supported with a structured and proven business planning model
Session 1 (Half Day):

  • Introduction to business planning – how to establish key business objectives and prioritise activities to meet performance targets within resource constraints
  • Presentation of the business planning framework – explanation of the component parts and information required to create a comprehensive business plan

Session 2 (Half Day):

  • Practical application of business planning tools – enable candidates to be coached through the business planning process, applying the tools to resolving their current business issues
  • Development of an action plan for completing the process and driving the business forward

Team Building Coaching
Course Aim:
To develop the awareness of the leadership skills and team dynamics that characterise high performance teams and deliver improved performance
Session 1 (Half Day):

  • Introduction to high performance team behaviours and their practical application
  • Team audit and performance diagnostic – establish the team agenda, identify key strengths and priority development needs to improve business performance
  • Development of a team action plan

Session 2 (Half Day):
Introduction to effective team building skills

  • Performance management – evaluate the impact of individual contributions to team performance
  • Introduction to practical coaching and mentoring – understand the role of coaching and mentoring in team development and its practical application to promote a performance breakthrough by a team

Presentation skills and creating the right image for senior managers:

  • Effective presentation skills
  • What to wear and which clothes, styles and colours suit you

Paul Daly MBA BA (Hons) - Business Coach
Paul is a highly experienced independent consultant specialising in strategy, business growth, project management and leadership development. He has a broad range of sector knowledge having worked on projects across the financial services, technology media and telecoms, retail and public sectors. His clients range from major blue chip firms and Government departments to rapidly growing SMEs. Whilst currently based in London, his work has included international assignments in Scandinavia, Central and Eastern Europe, SE Asia and Africa.

Prior to establishing his own business, Paul was a Principal in the Strategy & Programme Leadership practice of Deloitte, one the leading international professional services firms. He has also worked for FTSE 100 companies and with boutique brand strategy businesses.

How is the training delivered ?

Group sizes for the workshop will never exceed 10 and there are three delivery options which you can take. All the programmes are split over 2 half days during any month - normally a week in between.

Option 1 Structured workshops
Normally run at the Belgravia training centre, each candidate will attend 4 workshops of 4 hours long (either morning 0830-1330, afternoon 1330-1730).

Option 2 Offsite workshops
Same as above but run on your site and can be done over 2 days as opposed to 4 half days.

Option 3 On line workshops or webinars
Using our state of the art technology and internet conferencing system and camaras all you will need is internet access and headphones and ideally a microphone to participate. There are a number of lunchtime live sessions as well as recorded sessions can be accessed 24/7.
